“I started working out again recently but I added some stuff to my diet I started taking vita packs and CLA and I started five days ago ive only lost 2 pounds or so should I be losing more weight then that by now or what I don't know anything about this stuff or what's good to be eating for breakfast ive been eating oat meal I think its going to take a little while for my body to adjust cause I went from eating one meal a day to eating three so idk”
Losing two pounds in five days is MORE THAN sufficient. In weightloss you should strive to lose anywhere from 0.5 to 2 lbs in a week, generally-speaking. Here are some sample breakfast ideas! Oatmeal is awesome too :)

So long as it’s more than thirty minutes after, yeah. It’s only bad because you run the risk of cramping (and/or vomiting if it was a HUGE, fatty-foods-filled meal).
