How to Make Almond Milk (It’s Easier than You’d Think)

Almond milk is a great option as it is low in calories, high in calcium and most importantly, tastes great! Almond Milk is available in health food stores, and is becoming vastly more available in supermarkets (the hunt is over). Try it with your smoothies, morning muesli or to soak your overnight oats. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup raw almonds
